| If this puppy's life is terminated by a congenital defect, or it has been put to sleep because of a congenital defect, the said puppy will be replaced by Garafraxa Kennels with a puppy of equal value from one of the litters born within approximately 8 months of the said puppy's death.
Temperment - this pup will be replaced if it is proven by owner or trainer that this puppy's bad temperment is from bad breeding. (You must provide written information to substantiate this claim.) You must also show that this pup has completed two puppy training programs, (as I do feel that all pups need to go to puppy school, and it is your best resource for good pet behaviour).
Note: WE WILL NOT REFUND MONEY
A) If this puppy must be put to sleep, written notice, along with a licensed veterinarian's report to substantiate the necessity of euthanasia must be received by Garafraxa Kennels prior to Euthanasia.
B) Garafraxa Kennels further reserves the right to have said puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice, (within 50 miles of the said puppy home). To determine to their (Garafraxa Kennels) satisfaction that euthanasia was unavoidable. Garafraxa Kennels must receive written notice of said puppy's death from a licensed veterinarian, along with an autopsy report to substantiate this puppy's cause of death. This puppy is guaranteed for one (1) year against life threatening congenital defect.
C) In the event that the said puppy's death is the result of abuse or negligent treatment, this guarantee will not apply. Should this puppy's owner decide to have a non-terminal defect of any kind repaired, all cost incurred for said puppy's surgery will be the full financial responsibility of the said puppy's owner.
